Shipping
UK Delivery;
Orders to mainland UK destinations are delivered within 7 – 14 working days via courier, or Royal Mail recorded delivery service depending on the size and weight of the item(s).
For an additional £3.00, we can send your order by Next-Day Delivery which is guaranteed to get to you by the next working day (subject to stock availability). These orders must be placed before 2pm, Monday - Friday, to guarantee next working day delivery.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to check all goods before accepting delivery. A signature may be required to complete the delivery process.
Non-damaged goods subject to failed deliveries due to customer (i.e. customer not present or refused goods) are subject to a £15 return charge. If the same goods are requested to be re-delivered, a minimum of £5 re-delivery charge will apply.
International Shipping;
For all international orders, please contact us with your request. Our team always respond to e-mails within 24 hours in relation to shipping calculations for all international destinations.
It is your responsibility as the customer to pay all applicable customs fees and taxes for your country. If you refuse to pay these charges then your order may be abandoned and you will lose your goods as well as your money. These taxes are only applicable for non UK and non European Union countries.
All international orders are usually delivered within 14 working days from the date of purchase.
